Wohoo… Who is excited? Run Club at Country Club is starting on Sep 10th. More miles added is more charms added to the ever-famous Run-Club-Necklace! Permission forms can be found in the school office. Run Club is every Friday at 8:00am at the small playground. 1st - 5th grade only (*Weather permitting.) Kids can be dropped at 8am, after the Run Club, kids can go directly to their class.
What is the Run Club? It's a PTA hosted event occurring every Friday to encourage kids to run for fun and health. Each kid would be given a necklace after the 5 mile mark and would receive fun charms based on their running laps. The Breakfast Book Club is a wonderful way to promote reading and create readers! It also helps them hone in on their discussion and presentation skills!
Breakfast Book Club meets once a month (usually the 3rd Wednesday of the month). Breakfast will be served to enrolled students at 7:55am. Discussion Groups will start at 8:15am (break out by Grade Levels and # of volunteers) and released at 8:40am.
$68.00 per student includes breakfast and a monthly book.

Is your 4th or 5th grader interested in becoming part of our 2021/2022 Yearbook Staff??
We are looking for 4th & 5th grade students who are interested in publishing the school’s yearbook!
Availability and Schedule:
This year, the Yearbook Staff will meet Friday afternoons from 3:15pm-4:00pm beginning on Friday, December 3, 2021 with parent volunteers and a staff member.
Qualifications Overview:
The Yearbook Staff is looking for highly dedicated, committed, creative, organized and enthusiastic students who are willing to work diligently as part of a team. Yearbook Staff members must be dedicated to having fun and creating the best yearbook this school has ever seen!
Requirements:

Students must be in the 4th or 5th grade in the 2021-2022 school year.

Students must exhibit a strong interest in taking pictures and making books.

Students must be able to attend Yearbook Staff meetings on Friday afternoons from 3:15pm-4:00pm beginning Friday, December 3,2021.

Students will need to be available to take photos during various Spirit Days at lunch.

Students need to be willing to attend some evening school wide events and activities to take photos.

Students must exhibit appropriate, mature behavior in and out of the classroom.

Students must have parental consent.

Students must be able to meet strict deadlines.

Safety Patrol
Safety Patrollers are teams of 4th & 5th grade students interested in assisting students and parents during drop off in the mornings.
